The Women’s World tour cycle race 7th Oct. – I cycled to East Beach 9.00am. It was weird cycling along the High Street with no cars parked either side, it was great to see the place bustling with people preparing for the race and I was proud to hear the positive views these visitors had about East Beach. There were 50 motorcyclists parked in line in Rampart Street. Later, when I was standing in the High Street these came along en-masse and each would block a side road along the route. Then came the actual cyclists. All I can say is FANTASTIC
